Affiliate Partner Agreement

This Affiliate Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between SoftPersonal (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), having its principal place of business at [Company Address], and Waseem Iqbal (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliate”), having its primary contact email at admin@softpersonal.com and phone number +1 (440) 760-6564.
1. Purpose:
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will promote Company’s products and services.
2. Obligations of the Company:
The Company agrees to provide the Affiliate with necessary promotional materials, tracking links, and any other resources required for effective promotion.
3. Obligations of the Affiliate:
The Affiliate agrees to promote Company’s products and services using ethical and legal methods, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Commissions:
The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for each sale or referral generated through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link. The commission rate and payment terms will be specified separately in a Commission Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property:
The Company retains all rights to its trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. The Affiliate agrees not to use Company’s intellectual property in any manner that may infringe upon those rights.
6. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
7. Term and Termination:
This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and shall continue until terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 days.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], USA.
9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
