1. Affiliate Agreement
By signing up to be an affiliate of SoftPersonal, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Policy. Violation of any terms may result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commissions.
2. Eligibility
To become an affiliate of SoftPersonal, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid email address and phone number.
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate of SoftPersonal, you agree to:
- Promote SoftPersonal’s products and services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Use only approved marketing materials provided by SoftPersonal.
- Refrain from engaging in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
- Not bid on SoftPersonal’s branded keywords or use them in domain names for PPC campaigns.
- Not promote SoftPersonal on any websites or platforms that contain offensive or illegal content.
4. Commissions
Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualified referral that results in a sale of SoftPersonal’s products or services. Commissions are subject to change and will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard.
5. Payouts
Payouts will be made on a monthly basis via PayPal or bank transfer, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold. Any commissions earned below the minimum threshold will be carried over to the following month(s) until the threshold is met.
6. Termination
SoftPersonal reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for any reason at any time. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of this Affiliate Policy, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate behavior.
7. Modifications
SoftPersonal reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
