Welcome to the SoftPersonal Affiliate Program! We’re thrilled to have you on board. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in our affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.
- Agreement
By signing up to be an affiliate of SoftPersonal, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from joining our affiliate program.
- Affiliate Relationship
As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or joint venture of SoftPersonal. You have no authority to make any commitments or representations on behalf of SoftPersonal.
- Eligibility
Anyone with a website or platform that aligns with the values and content of SoftPersonal is welcome to join our affiliate program. However, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate relationship for any reason.
- Commission
Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualified referral made through their unique affiliate link. The commission structure and rates will be outlined upon acceptance into the affiliate program.
- Payment
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has reached the minimum payment threshold. Payments will be made via the preferred method specified by the affiliate during sign-up.
- Promotional Activities
Affiliates are encouraged to promote SoftPersonal through their website, social media channels, email lists, and other online platforms. However, affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
- Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SoftPersonal’s logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting SoftPersonal as outlined in these terms.
- Term and Termination
This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the affiliate program and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
- Modification
SoftPersonal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
By signing up as an affiliate of SoftPersonal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
