All content provided by SoftPersonal remains the intellectual property of SoftPersonal unless otherwise stated. This includes content created by our team, licensed content, and third-party content used with permission.

2. Permitted Use:
Clients who engage our services are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for the purpose of their website or project as outlined in their agreement with SoftPersonal. This license is limited to the duration of the client’s engagement with SoftPersonal and is subject to compliance with the terms of the agreement.

3. Prohibited Use:
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of SoftPersonal’s content is strictly prohibited. Clients are prohibited from using the content for any purpose other than what is expressly permitted in their agreement with SoftPersonal.

4. Attribution:
Clients must provide proper attribution for any content provided by SoftPersonal as specified in their agreement. This includes crediting SoftPersonal as the source of the content on their website or project where applicable.

5. Exclusivity:
SoftPersonal reserves the right to reuse and repurpose non-client-specific content for other projects unless otherwise agreed upon with the client. Exclusivity rights for content can be negotiated separately and will be outlined in the client’s agreement.

6. Liability:
SoftPersonal shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the client’s use of SoftPersonal’s content outside the scope of the agreed-upon license.

7. Termination:
Upon termination of the client’s engagement with SoftPersonal, all rights to use SoftPersonal’s content cease unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are required to remove all SoftPersonal content from their website or project upon termination of the agreement.
